Jacquie Stevens
Winnebago
Jacquie Stevens is a member of the Winnebago tribe and the Winnebagos produce extremely little pottery. She just happened to be in Santa Fe studying at the Institute for American Indian Arts and she became intrigued with pottery. She quickly developed into a major artist with some incredible designs but working with the clay took a toll on her body and she wasn't producing for long. Sadly, she passed on in 2021.
