Bobby Silas and Tim Edaakie

Hopi/Zuni Pueblo

Bobby Silas is Hopi. Tim Edaakie is Zuni. They make some interesting pottery on the edge of traditional and contemporary. They build traditional styles in the traditional way, then they decorate using traditional paints to create contemporary versions of traditional designs.

Sadly, Tim Edaakie passed away in 2020.
