Deborah Loretto

Jemez Pueblo

Born in April 1956, Deborah Loretto is a traditional potter from Jemez Pueblo who uses both the coil and pinch methods of making her pottery. She seems to specialize in producing Santa Claus storyteller figures.

She taught her daughter Danielle the traditional ways and Danielle now also creates storytellers.
