Veronica Naranjo

Santa Clara Pueblo

There isn't much info about Veronica Naranjo. Her mother was Maria Barbarita Naranjo, her father Jose Dolores Naranjo. Her grandmother was Pasqualita Tafoya.

Veronica was an active potter starting around 1965 and produced mostly deep-carved red and black jar and bowls. She lived most of her life with her sister, Mary Scarborough. Mary made pottery, too, virtually identical to Veronica's.
